Maine moose expert to give talk at Merryspring

Maine state moose expert Lee Kantor will lead an outdoor presentation on "Maine Moose" on Tuesday, Sept. 8, at 12 p.m., at Merryspring Nature Center.
Kantor will talk about the icon of the North Maine Woods – what makes moose so incredible and well adapted to a life in the North. His talk will be peppered with personal stories of moose encounters and experiences in the woods as a wildlife biologist over the last 20 plus years.
This in-person talk is part of the Summer Talk Series is generously sponsored by Camden Riverhouse Hotel.
Attendance is free for members; $10 for non-members.
Merryspring is your community nature center offering walking trails, cultivated gardens, wildlife, and ecology and horticulture educational programs all year round.
